
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the terms and conditions for the use of the services available on the
www.krisztinagraf.com website (hereinafter: the Website).
The scope of these GTC extends to services provided through the Website electronically (e-mail, online platforms), as well as in person (workshops).
By using the Website or registering for a service, the person using the service (hereinafter: the Client) declares that they have read and accepted these GTC.

The services provided by the Service Provider:
The Service Provider does not hold a medical qualification and exclusively provides preventive, lifestyle and nutrition consulting, as well as educational services.
All recommendations provided are for informational purposes only, and their implementation is the sole responsibility of the Client. In the case of health complaints, illness or medical treatment, the Client is required to consult a physician.
Information Regarding Swiss Health Insurance (Krankenkasse):
The services provided by the Service Provider are not recognized or reimbursed by Swiss health insurance providers (Krankenkasse). Therefore, the costs of the services cannot be claimed through health insurance providers.
Duration: 60 minutes
The service may include, in particular:
Fee: 75 CHF or 29,000 HUF / 60 minutes, each additional commenced hour: 25 CHF or 10,000 HUF.
Fee: 49 CHF or 19,000 HUF / 30 minutes
4.3. Initial Assessment Online Consultation
Fee: Free of charge.
The Service Provider may offer educational programs (e.g. Holistic Endo Journey).
The details and pricing of such programs are published on the Website.
The Service Provider may organize online or in-person workshops.
The terms and participation fees of workshops are determined in separate General Terms and Conditions for each workshop.
The listed prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Hungarian Forints (HUF).
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices; however, such changes do not affect already confirmed bookings.
The contract is concluded upon booking an appointment and receiving confirmation via e-mail.
The contract qualifies as an electronically concluded distance contract.
Applications for consultations may be submitted electronically through the Website, without registration or profile creation, via the appointment booking page at https://www.krisztinagraf.com or by completing the contact form.
The Client may apply for a consultation without registration through prior application (hereinafter: Application). Registration is not required to order or purchase individual services; however, if the Client fails to provide the mandatory information during the Application process, the order cannot be placed.
The contract is concluded in the Hungarian language. Upon confirmation of the Application for a consultation via e-mail, an electronically concluded distance contract is created.
For orders placed without registration, the Client must provide the following information:
a) full name, b) phone number, c) e-mail address.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from false, inaccurate or incomplete information or an invalid Application. The mandatory information must be provided by the Client when completing the appointment booking window on the Website.
The Client is obliged to provide their own accurate personal information during the Application process. If false information or information belonging to another person is provided during the process, the resulting contract shall be null and void. The Service Provider excludes all liability if the Client uses the services under another person’s name or with another person’s information. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay, other issue or error resulting from information incorrectly and/or inaccurately provided by the Client.
Within 48 hours of a successful Application for a consultation, the Service Provider will contact the Client via e-mail and send confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Client, including the link required to access the online platform used for the consultation (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp), as well as the electronic invoice relating to the consultation fee.
Following the order, the Service Provider issues the electronic invoice based on the information provided. Invoicing shall in all cases comply with the applicable Swiss tax regulations and the legal requirements imposed by the tax authorities. Paper invoices are not issued for the services.
The prices displayed next to the services are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) or Hungarian forints (HUF) and include all taxes and additional costs required under the applicable legislation. The Client is obliged to pay the prices displayed and available on the Website, which shall be the prices indicated at the time of submitting the Application for the consultation. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices; however, such changes shall not affect Applications already submitted.
By paying the service fee, the Client acknowledges that the ordered service is non-refundable.
The Client may request rescheduling free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours, or failure to attend the booked appointment, the consultation shall be considered completed.
The Client acknowledges that under Swiss law there is no automatic statutory right of withdrawal; however, the Service Provider voluntarily provides the possibility of cancellation under the conditions described above.
The Service Provider has up to 4 weeks following the consultation to provide the nutrition plan.
The 4-week period begins on the day when the Client has submitted all requested materials via e-mail (nutrition diary, tests, photos).
The active cooperation of the Client is necessary for the successful outcome of the service.
The Service Provider has no possibility to monitor whether the Client follows the recommended dietary guidelines; therefore, no refund may be requested based on dissatisfaction with results.
The Service Provider reserves the right to reject any service order with or without justification.
The applicant may not file complaints or legal remedies against such refusal.
The Service Provider refuses applications in the following exclusion cases:
a) ongoing medical therapy
b) hormonal treatment
c) kidney disease, gallbladder disease, liver disease
d) absence of any internal organ
e) eating disorders of psychological origin (e.g. anorexia, bulimia, binge eating)
f) under 18 years of age
g) pregnancy or breastfeeding
The Service Provider processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG).
Detailed information regarding data processing is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
All materials published on the Website or provided during the services are protected by copyright.
Copying, distributing, or sharing such materials without the prior written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.
The Client may submit complaints in writing via the Service Provider’s e-mail address.
The Service Provider shall investigate and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
These GTC and the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Client shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss court at the registered office of the Service Provider.
These GTC enter into force on: March 1, 2026.
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. Any modifications shall be published on the Website.
