Hi, I’m Kriszti, and I’m glad you’re here.

I believe that support exists beyond Western medicine that can help you reconnect with your body’s natural balance. Through my own journey, I experienced what it feels like to be lost in pain, questions, and uncertainty.

I do not approach endometriosis in isolation, but in the context of the wider picture. I support you in understanding which hormonal and lifestyle factors may lie behind your symptoms and how they may be connected.

We explore the possible underlying causes of hormonal imbalances, thyroid function, insulin resistance, and the role of the liver in breaking down hormones and supporting detoxification. Particular attention is given to sleep quality, the effects of stress on the female hormonal system, and the everyday habits that may unknowingly sustain inflammation.
