Nature of the Services<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The services provided by the Service Provider:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do not qualify as healthcare services,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do not qualify as medical or dietetic treatment,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do not include diagnosis or therapy,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do not replace medical treatment.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>The Service Provider does not hold a medical qualification and exclusively provides <\/span><b>preventive, lifestyle and nutrition consulting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as well as <\/span><b>educational<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All recommendations provided are for informational purposes only, and their implementation is the <\/span><b>sole responsibility of the Client<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of health complaints, illness or medical treatment, the Client is required to consult a physician.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Information Regarding Swiss Health Insurance (Krankenkasse):<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The services provided by the Service Provider are not recognized or reimbursed by Swiss health insurance providers (Krankenkasse). Therefore, the costs of the services cannot be claimed through health insurance providers.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93e6291 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"93e6291\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>4. Available Services and Fees<\/h2><h3>4.1. Individual Consultation<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duration: <\/span><b>60 minutes<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The service may include, in particular:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">evaluation of nutrition diaries,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interpretation of submitted laboratory results <\/span><b>for non-diagnostic purposes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">personalized lifestyle and nutrition guidance,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recommendations supporting thyroid health, female hormonal balance, and inflammation reduction <\/span><b>for preventive purposes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b><br \/>Fee: 75 CHF or 29,000 HUF \/ 60 minutes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span>each additional commenced hour: <b>25 CHF or 10,000 HUF<\/b>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>4.2. Follow-Up Consultation<\/h3><p><b>Fee: 49 CHF or 19,000 HUF \/ 30 minutes<\/b><\/p><p>4.3. Initial Assessment Online Consultation<\/p><p><b>Fee: Free of charge<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>4.4. Educational Programs<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider may offer educational programs (e.g. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holistic Endo Journey<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The details and pricing of such programs are published on the Website.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>4.5. Workshops<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider may organize online or in-person workshops.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The terms and participation fees of workshops are determined <\/span><b>in separate General Terms and Conditions for each workshop<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>4.6. General Pricing Provisions<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The listed prices are indicated in <\/span><b>Swiss Francs (CHF) and Hungarian Forints (HUF)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices; however, such changes do not affect already confirmed bookings.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e0b913 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e0b913\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>5. Formation of the Contract<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contract is concluded upon booking an appointment and receiving confirmation via e-mail.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contract qualifies as an electronically concluded distance contract.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applications for consultations may be submitted electronically through the Website, without registration or profile creation, via the appointment booking page at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.krisztinagraf.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.krisztinagraf.com<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or by completing the contact form.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Client may apply for a consultation without registration through prior application (hereinafter: Application). Registration is not required to order or purchase individual services; however, if the Client fails to provide the mandatory information during the Application process, the order cannot be placed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The contract is concluded in the Hungarian language. Upon confirmation of the Application for a consultation via e-mail, an electronically concluded distance contract is created.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For orders placed without registration, the Client must provide the following information:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">a) full name,<\/span> <span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">b) phone number,<\/span> <span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">c) e-mail address.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from false, inaccurate or incomplete information or an invalid Application. The mandatory information must be provided by the Client when completing the appointment booking window on the Website.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Client is obliged to provide their own accurate personal information during the Application process. If false information or information belonging to another person is provided during the process, the resulting contract shall be null and void. The Service Provider excludes all liability if the Client uses the services under another person\u2019s name or with another person\u2019s information. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay, other issue or error resulting from information incorrectly and\/or inaccurately provided by the Client.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within 48 hours of a successful Application for a consultation, the Service Provider will contact the Client via e-mail and send confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Client, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">including the link required to access the online platform used for the consultation (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp), as well as the<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">electronic invoice relating to the consultation fee.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Following the order, the Service Provider issues the electronic invoice based on the information provided. Invoicing shall in all cases comply with the applicable Swiss tax regulations and the legal requirements imposed by the tax authorities. Paper invoices are not issued for the services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prices displayed next to the services are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) or Hungarian forints (HUF) and include all taxes and additional costs required under the applicable legislation. The Client is obliged to pay the prices displayed and available on the Website, which shall be the prices indicated at the time of submitting the Application for the consultation. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices; however, such changes shall not affect Applications already submitted.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-709b8d4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"709b8d4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>6. Cancellation and Rescheduling<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By paying the service fee, the Client acknowledges that the ordered service is non-refundable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Client may request rescheduling free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours, or failure to attend the booked appointment, the consultation shall be considered completed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Client acknowledges that under Swiss law there is no automatic statutory right of withdrawal; however, the Service Provider voluntarily provides the possibility of cancellation under the conditions described above.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-650d96d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"650d96d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>7. Fulfilment of the Ordered Services<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider has up to 4 weeks following the consultation to provide the nutrition plan.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 4-week period begins on the day when the Client has submitted all requested materials via e-mail (nutrition diary, tests, photos).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The active cooperation of the Client is necessary for the successful outcome of the service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider has no possibility to monitor whether the Client follows the recommended dietary guidelines; therefore, no refund may be requested based on dissatisfaction with results.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider reserves the right to reject any service order with or without justification.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The applicant may not file complaints or legal remedies against such refusal.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider refuses applications in the following exclusion cases:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">a) ongoing medical therapy<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> b) hormonal treatment<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> c) kidney disease, gallbladder disease, liver disease<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> d) absence of any internal organ<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> e) eating disorders of psychological origin (e.g. anorexia, bulimia, binge eating)<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">f) under 18 years of age<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">g) pregnancy or breastfeeding<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1349fde elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1349fde\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h1>8. Data Protection<\/h1><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider processes the Client\u2019s personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detailed information regarding data processing is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2608cee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2608cee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>9. Copyright<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All materials published on the Website or provided during the services are protected by copyright.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copying, distributing, or sharing such materials without the prior written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b4ca12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b4ca12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>10. Complaints Handling<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Client may submit complaints in writing via the Service Provider\u2019s e-mail address.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider shall investigate and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47cf507 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47cf507\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These GTC and the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Client shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicable regulations include in particular:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Federal Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss court at the registered office of the Service Provider.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12107d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"12107d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>12. Final Provisions<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These GTC enter into force on: <strong>March 1, 2026.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC.
